Jennifer Burchfield – Founder & Owner

Meet our founder and owner, Jennifer Burchfield! Jennifer has spent the majority of her professional life in the finance and accounting field and has loved branching into a new industry over the past 3 years. Her accounting and business management skills, paired with her creativity and passion for people, has laid the foundation for a successful venture into the event industry. To know Jennifer is to love her; she is inclusive and never meets a stranger! Jennifer is avid sports fan, is always down for a good card game, and loves spending time with her friends and family! She is the heart behind our mission: creating spaces that create experiences that linger long after the last guest has gone home!




Olivia Gosser – Account Executive

Meet one of our Account Executives, Olivia Gosser! Olivia is a North Little Rock native and loves servicing her hometown and surrounding areas! In 2017, Olivia graduated from the University of Arkansas where she earned a degree in communication and a minor in marketing. She has been a part of the Eventology team for some time now managing the social media accounts and website remotely from Oklahoma City. Now in Arkansas full time, she loves that she has the ability to meet and work directly with the clients in a more hands-on position. In her free time she loves cheering on the Razorbacks, going to the lake and spending time with her husband Alex, and new pup, Ollie Bean. She takes pride in the title of “Eventology’s First Bride” and says her favorite part of working at Eventology is “playing wedding” with Arkansas’ sweetest brides! Olivia can’t wait to service your event and ensure the process is smooth along the way. As Olivia says “Let’s get this party started!”



McKenzie Savage – Account Executive

Meet one of our Account Executives, McKenzie Savage! McKenzie graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2018 with a degree in business marketing and a minor in mass communications. McKenzie is experienced in human resources, marketing, event planning, plus has excellent skills in communication, project management, organizational systems and more. For Eventology, McKenzie plays an integral role from the beginning to the end of our rental process. “My greatest passion is making people feel loved and celebrated,” McKenzie said. “And I hope to do just that with our clients!” When away from the office, this newlywed spends free time with her husband, Matt, and their precious Mini Golden Doodle, Ruby. We absolutely adore McKenzie, and we are certain you will too!



Victor Hill – On-Site Specialist

Meet our On-Site Specialist, Victor Hill! Victor is the face of Eventology on the day of your event! He is always happy to help get your rental pieces set and ready to go for your guests. As a design enthusiast, Victor loves being able to see the event designs come to life. It’s not surprising that with his knack and eye for creating, he is always staging and decorating our lobby and showrooms. Victor doesn’t play around with dance floor installations or his Chiavari Chair dolly! Victor is an avid outdoors man and has three generations of goats! You will love Victor’s energetic spirit. He can’t wait to meet you and assist in your rental experience!




Allison Biggers – Inventory Control Specialist

Meet our Inventory Control Specialist, Allison Biggers! Allison is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University where she received a degree in communication sciences and disorders. She is currently attending the University of Central Arkansas, working towards her Master’s degree in speech language pathology. Growing up, Allison developed a love for all things hospitality. “Having an inventory with everything I could possibly need for any event has always made coming to work exciting!” Allison said. “Over the span of the last few years, I think I’ve worked with every piece of Eventology inventory. Knowing all the options has given me a love for all things eclectic and detailed!” When she isn’t busy counting glassware or doing schoolwork, Allison is most likely using her creativity to design wedding signs or stickers with her Cameo Silhouette. She loves spending time with her friends, working on a fun project, and finding antique shops on the weekends! We sure do love having Allison on our team – her laughter and joy is contagious!



Hannah Jenson – Inventory Control Specialist

A Dallas native, Hannah is a recent graduate of Ouachita Baptist University where she obtained a degree in communication sciences & disorders. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in speech language pathology at the University of Central Arkansas and hopes to be an SLP in Arkansas public schools following graduation. Through the experience of various leadership positions, including serving as Assistant Director for FUGE Camps as well as the Ouachita Panhellenic president, Hannah has developed a love for all things people and organization. At Eventology, Hannah is our go-to for everything inventory. “Being a part of the Eventology team is fun in every way,” Hannah said. “I get to meet new people daily, work with beautiful china, decor, and furniture, inspire my creativity, and most importantly… We know how to get stuff done, all while having a great time!” In her free time, Hannah squeezes in a little studying and hangs out with her husband Dane, and their crazy pup, Boone. We love Hannah!
