Meet our founder and owner, Jennifer Burchfield! Jennifer has spent the majority of her professional life in the finance and accounting field and has loved branching into a new industry over the past several years. Her accounting and business management skills, paired with her creativity and passion for people, has laid the foundation for a successful venture into the event industry. To know Jennifer is to love her; she is inclusive and never meets a stranger! Jennifer is an avid sports fan, is always down for a good card game, and loves spending time with her friends and family! She is the heart behind our mission: creating spaces that create experiences that linger long after the last guest has gone home!
Olivia Gosser | Director of Sales

Meet our Director of Sales, Olivia Gosser! Olivia graduated from the University of Arkansas where she earned a degree in communication and a minor in marketing. She has been a part of the Eventology team since 2018 and loves helping clients make their visions come to life. As Director of Sales, Olivia specializes in working alongside event coordinators throughout the designing and planning process. In her free time she loves cheering on the Razorbacks, going to the lake and spending time with her husband Alex, daughter Mary Jack and fur baby, Ollie Bean. She takes pride in the title of “Eventology’s First Bride” and says her favorite part of working at Eventology is “playing wedding” with Arkansas’ sweetest brides! Olivia can’t wait to service your event and ensure the process is smooth along the way. As Olivia says “Let’s get this party started!”
Mckenzie Savage | Director of Operations

Meet our Director of Operations, McKenzie Savage! McKenzie graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2018 with a degree in business marketing and a minor in mass communications. McKenzie is experienced in human resources, marketing, event planning, plus has excellent skills in communication, project management, organizational systems and more. For Eventology, McKenzie plays an integral role from the beginning to the end of our rental process. “My greatest passion is making people feel loved and celebrated,” McKenzie said. “And I hope to do just that with our clients!” When away from the office, she spends her free time with her husband, Matt, and their precious Mini Golden Doodle, Ruby. We absolutely adore McKenzie, and we are certain you will too!
Hannah Harris | Inventory & Logistics Executive

Meet our Inventory and Logistics Executive, Hannah Harris! Hannah graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelors of Arts in 2020. For Eventology, Hannah keeps track of all the inventory coming in and out week to week, and keeps it organized! She also checks each order before they head out the door for your event, to ensure everything is perfect for your day. She works hard each day to make sure your order is executed to perfection! You can find her most weekends with her husband, Stephen, at an antique store, estate sale, or garage sale. She loves all things artsy and eclectic and draws a lot of inspiration from finding unique, one of a kind vintage pieces. Their home is continuing to grow from their Dalmatian, Dottie, a handful of chickens, to a baby on the way! Hannah is honored to be able to play a small part in each bride’s wonderful wedding that we service.
Kylea Buckley | Sales Executive

Meet our Sales Executive, Kylea Buckley! Kylea graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in business management and a minor in marketing. For Eventology, Kylea works directly with clients from the very beginning of the rental process. Meeting with clients and helping them select rentals to create their dream event is Kylea’s specialty! In her spare time, Kylea enjoys spending time with her husband Haden and son, Hank. Mari Frances Hayes | Administrative Executive

Meet our Administrative Executive, Mari Frances Hayes! You might recognize Mari Frances as the sweet voice behind the phone or the friendly face that greets you when you arrive at Eventology! With 28 years of teaching under her belt, she is fabulous at keeping our executive team organized, and making sure everyone that calls or visits Eventology feels welcomed and taken care of. Mari Frances can help you schedule your next consultation at Eventology and can guide you through the steps of initiating your new order. When she’s not working, Mari Frances enjoys thrifting and spending time with her family and friends outdoors.
